Rap Therapy is a educational institution in London, that uses rap as a tool to teach students how to positively express themselves and become more creative through a series of workshops.

The workshops equip students with transferable skills such as communication, teamwork, and listening skills, and aim to promote their mental health.

Bishmah has also produced music including the album Invisible Guidelines, and written books including Stories from the Seven and A Black Man Stuck in a White Education System.

Kenneth, who was born in Ghana but came to the UK in 2008, won the Frontline Awards in 2024 for practice. He was inspired to become a social worker after realising that the skills he developed while caring for his autistic cousin were transferable to social work.

The BEM is an achievement or contribution for people who have made a significant impact contribution in a relatively short (three to four years) duration in a local geographical area.
